master bedroom in house on College Ave. $1300 - starting from mid June

We're looking for roommate(s) starting from Mid June in our great house on College Ave. We are flexible with the move in date if you need to move in earlier.

• College Avenue (between El Camino and Cal Train)
• walking distance to California Ave Caltrain stop.
• walking distance to grocery shops, best coffee shop in town, great restaurants and bars on California Ave.
• 5 minute bike ride from Stanford.
• 5 minute bike ride from downtown Palo Alto.

About the house:

• 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom.
• 2 stories
• large sunny well equipped kitchen great for cooking and open to dining room/living room.
• small container garden in the back.
• coin operated laundry and dryer on site.
• high speed internet
• great neighbors

About the room:

• $1300 + utilities (~$50)
• super large sunny master bedroom
• in-suite private full bathroom with shower.
• large closet and lots of storage space
• wood queen bedframe and queen mattress, including linen and sheets can stay for free if needed

About us:
We're a group of four friends - mix of Stanford grad students, recent grads and start-up professionals. Social but low key atmosphere. We work a lot but also love to cook together, host meals, surf, hike etc.

About you:
Student or professional. Social. Responsible. Tidy. Interested in living in a sweet house and joining a community of friends. Couples are welcome!

Restrictions:
Sign a lease till March 2014 with approval of management agency. No pets and no smoking.
