My roommate is moving out, and her master bedroom is available for rent starting June 23rd. Our apartment is on the second level of a two-story house in Mountain View. The house is cat friendly even though we don't currently have a cat. Our next door neighbor also has an orange and lemon tree that we pick from.
In terms of furniture, my roommate is willing to sell her stuff cheaply to you since she can't take it with her. She has a full size bed, large desk, chair, and bookshelves. The closet space in her room is also very large. Since my roommate and I split our common furniture (living room and kitchen), you can also buy her out cheaply or we can re-buy new items. You are also welcome to bring your own furniture and decorations.

About me:
I am a Stanford PhD student in CEE and I travel at times for field work and to visit friends and family. I am pretty easy going, and I keep the common areas clean for both of us. My long distance boyfriend visits when he can, but otherwise, I am either working at school or from home.
About you:
I am looking for a female roommate who can stay at least a year. I like to keep the place clean, and what has worked in the past is having a bi-weekly cleaning schedule. You are welcome to have guests over, but if they are staying longer than a night, please communicate that in advance. I will do the same when I have guests.
Caveat:
Our landlord has been really nice over the past two years, but there is a small chance that they may raise the rent since we are switching out contracts between you and my roommate. I don't expect this increase to be unreasonable.
If you are interested, please tell me a little bit more about yourself.
Thanks,
