Hello! One of my roommates is moving out August 1, and I'm looking for someone to replace her. Female STRONGLY preferred, since you'll be sharing a bathroom with a woman (me) and my dog likes women much more than men. No couples or children. More details below!
The room:
- super spacious
- not furnished -- the pictures are for an idea of how big the room is; comfortably fits a queen-size bed
- shares a bathroom with one 26F
- upstairs
- Costco membership if you want in, toilet paper subscription if you want in
- Utilities split evenly among housemates -- internet, PG&E, water
The house/neighborhood:
- 3 bd/2 ba townhouse in Mountain View
- technically a no-pet lease, but landlord is very flexible on this if you have a pet you want to bring (must get along with my dog, though)
- landlord is very friendly, lives in Gilroy
- end unit; share one wall with (very quiet) neighbors
- fenced backyard, large unfenced grassy area
- many friendly neighbor dogs
- community pool/spa, tennis courts
The people:
- Me (26F): loves cooking/baking and will happily do so for the house, very chill/relaxed, vaccinated, works in person at a school
- Noodles (1.5F): GSD/lab mix, ~75lbs, loves women and other animals, will do almost anything for food, crate-trained, potty-trained, obedience-trained
- Temporary roommate (23M): lives downstairs and is fairly unobtrusive, will move out 9/1
