Hi all, my roommate is moving out at the end of Aug. So I'd like to welcome someone to take the other bedroom (which is the master bedroom) in our apartment. The rent will be 1400/month for a single occupancy, or 1800/month for a couple. Utilities (Electricity and internet) will be shared equally.
About the Apt: it is a 2B/1.5B 2-floor townhouse like apt, located in the heart of Mountain View. Less than 2 miles to downtown mountain view, 15-min walk to San Antonio shopping center, and 20 min drive to the campus. It has a large living room and a fully furnished kitchen, a half bathroom and a storage room on the first floor. There are two bedroom and a full bathroom on the second floor.
About the master bedroom: it is a large room (20*18) with a walk-in closet. Can be furnished or unfurnished.
About me: I am a female postdoc working in the lab, which means I spend most of time at work :(. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, badminton and cooking.
About you: I am looking for mature young professionals, no drama, no heavy party, and who'd like to make the apartment a home.
