Hi folks! We’re looking for a 3rd roommate to apply for an awesome 3 bedroom apartment. We were the first people to turn in our applications, thus we have priority for the unit! But in order to be fully considered, we need a third person to complete an application.
It’s located at Latham Square Apartments in Mountain View. The two us of will be taking the smaller bedrooms and we’re looking for someone to take the master bedroom. Your portion of the rent would be $1600, which includes a private bathroom. The move in date would be August 1st.

About us:
- 22 & 24 years old working professional females
- Tidy, easy-going, appreciative of nature (and Netflix!) - Parks and Rec or The Office anyone?
- Both moved from east coast about a year ago so still looking to explore the area
- Low-key on weeknights (with some occasional wine nights) but like to get out and about on weekends
- Fine with friends/SOs visiting and/or sleeping over occasionally, but not looking for an extra roommate situation
- Appreciate open and honest communication regarding living situations
About you:
- Preferably female but everyone is welcome to apply
- Grad student or working professional
- Clean & respectful of common areas
- Up for roomie hangouts but also down for personal time
- Interested in nature walks, city exploring, movie/Netflix nights, and occasional nights out
