About your room:
The master bedroom is spacious, with two walk-in closets and a full bathroom to yourself (sink, toilet, large bathtub, and shower). It gets plenty of natural sun, but isn't South-facing so it doesn't get that hot during the day.
We're all easy-going, conscientious housemates and like to think of the house as a community. The place is really nice to come home to after work to relax, as well as being able to entertain friends for drinks, dinners or movie/board game nights.
This room is available starting July 5th for a 1 year lease. There is some leeway for a start date after July 5th. Our landlord is super friendly and open to extending the lease, so this could become a multi-year home for you!
No pets or smokers.
