This room I'm subleasing now is a master bedroom with its bathroom and a big patio area. It's available from Dec 27 and the sublease is till May in 2018. You can continue that lease if needed. Monthly rent is $1600 and utility is about $50 monthly.

Location:
Located in Mountain view near the cross of Middlefield and Rengstorff. Very quiet and safe community and convenient location that you can bike to Google in 10 min. Within 5min driver you'll get to costco and safeway. Within 10min's drive you can get to wholefoods, trader joes, walmart, target.
Hwy 101 is within 5min driver.

House:
The townhouse is 3b2.5b. Clean and newly modeled with wood floor.
Full kitchen with central isle
Living room and kitchen with half bath are in first floor and 3 bedrooms in 2nd floor.
Have public pool within 2min walk
Located in a dead-end street so very quiet

House mates:
2 house mates. Both male. One is my grad school classmate. Both of them work in Google. Super nice and friendly. Respectful of others and willing to help if needed. Mindful of others sleeping schedule and never make noises.
