Master Bedroom w/ Private Bath in Los Altos Hills Home ($2500/mo)

The master bedroom is opening up in our gorgeous, 8-bedroom house in Los Altos Hills in August, 2015. We're a friendly group of grad students and young working professionals, and we're looking for a couple who wants to join our little community. We're not party animals by any means - we enjoy cooking together, exercise, movie nights, and Sunday brunches. The house is a quick ten-minute drive from the Stanford campus.

We lovingly refer to the house as a mansion -- it includes a large, fully stocked kitchen, three spacious common area rooms, HD projector screen + television, large backyard, outdoor grill, and ample parking spaces. The bedroom comes with its own bathroom and a giant walk-in closet.

The rent will be $2500, and utilities come out to approximately $75/month. There is a security deposit of one month's rent. Pets are welcome, but we'd like to meet them before they move in, and there's a $50/month pet fee. Our lease ends on Sept. 1, 2016, so we're looking for people who can commit to a whole year. We will begin to invite people over to visit the house soon!
