Hi there! My awesome roommate has decided to move in with her boyfriend, so my partner and I are looking for a roommate!
We are looking for a FEMALE roommate who would be interested in a year lease (as it already has been renewed). There is NO SECURITY DEPOSIT. Move-in is flexible, starting at June 1st and preferably no later than mid-July.
Rent is $1550 + $50-$70 in utilities

-Two 23 year old female professionals who work for Stanford University
-Clean, social, easy going and respectful
-We're not home a lot, we like to adventure, hike, craft and occasionally relax on the weekends
-Guests are fine (overnight too), we don't really have any rules other than be courteous!
-We don't often have guests and don't throw parties/have people over late or anything of the sort.

About the location:
-0.9 miles from Sunnyvale Caltrain Station
-0.9 miles from Downtown Sunnyvale
-1.5 miles from VTA Mountain View
-8.0 miles from Stanford University (we do the commute every day and it's 25 minutes driving during rush hour and 15 minutes by train)
