My roommate is moving out at the end of the month because he is relocating for work. I'm a kind, considerate high school teacher. I care about maintaining a tidy living space especially in common areas, and my general rule of thumb is to leave the spaces as I found them.
I am looking for a professional, considerate, respectful, pleasant person who is like-minded about common areas to move in for a 12 month lease.

The condo/apartment is rented by the owner.
