Master bedroom with many trails nearby in San Bruno

Posting this on behalf of my friend.

I moved here from LA, and currently working at Lyft as a Software Developer. I plan to move to this new place on Feb 1. So I am looking for a roommate - you will be added to the lease.

About the house: It is a splendid house. It is a 8-minute car ride to San Bruno Caltrain station. It is 15 minute drive to the city. The nearest Trader Joe's is 3 miles, and there are other grocery stores nearby. There are so many trails nearby! There is one where I saw a lot of people running and walking along the water. The house itself has 2 car garage parking with plenty of parking available outside as well. The living room windows look down a tree lined hill with a peek of San Andreas lake (see pictures)!! The Bay bridge is visible from the kitchen window. Appliances are all new. There is a patio off the living room (I forgot to take its picture).

The financials: It is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath house. I found another female roommate. I and her are going to share a bathroom. We now need one person for the Master bedroom that has its own private attached bathroom. Security deposit is same as the rent. So, move-in cost = 2 times monthly rent.

Furnishings: For now, none. So if you have stuff, bring it in. Else I will try to furnish the living room, but your room is your responsibility.

About me: I am a female, keep the place clean in general. Reasonably social, but also keep to myself at other times. I usually read and write a bit on weekends, cook at times (open to sharing food - if you like Indian food!). I don't have any pets and I don't smoke. I try to go running 2-3 times a week, biking at other times. I plan to start a bit of gardening provided there is so much space around the house! Pretty chill I would say, but that is for you to judge :)

About you: I hope you are employed full-time outside the house, and reasonably clean. No smoking of any kind, and no pets (Hmm.. I might actually be uptight ¯_(ツ)_/¯ ). Occasional visitors are welcome.
