The two current residents are women in their late 20's and early 30's. One works in business development for a startup and travels 25% of the time. The other is an architect and works locally. Both work outside of the house during business hours.

We're looking for a housemate with a low key lifestyle. We're both active, spend many weekends traveling, camping, and exploring in the area and don't live a big party lifestyle. Looking for someone who keeps the kitchen and common areas clean.

Deposit of $1,166 and first month's rent due upon lease signing. No pets and no smoking in the premises allowed in our lease.
