The house is recently renovated and exquisite. There are five bedrooms (this second master bedroom will house the 6th and potentially 7th person). Hot tub, deck, huge living spaces, top-of-the-line appliances, two fireplaces, great view.
We're two postdocs and two grad students, all in biology at Stanford, and a financial analyst at a VC firm. We're clean and mature, generally quiet (occasional parties) and easy-going.
Rent is $1900/month and security deposit is 1.5x rent ($2850). Location: Golden Oak Dr. / Sausal Dr., 94028 Portola Valley. Only ~10 minutes from campus.
