I am moving out of my apartment. My super awesome roommates are looking for someone to take over my bedroom. We live in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at the heart of Inner Sunset, close to UCSF, and various muni lines. We are looking to for someone to take over my lease starting on April 1st until August 31st, with the ability to renewal thereafter. The Room
One room (14' x 12') is available on April 1, 2018 in a spacious three (3) bedroom, 1600 sqft apartment. The bedroom is quiet, bright and spacious. It has is own bathroom with full tub and skylight. It is unfurnished (option to purchase furniture) and come with 2 large, sizable closets! Monthly rent will be $1700. It comes with a beautiful view of the backyard!
The House
Our home is located on the top floor of a two story building. It has free washer & dryer, and visitor's parking. The backyard is quiet & serene and is perfect for hanging out with friends. We have a large kitchen with 2 gas ovens, gas stoves, a dish washer, and a bar area. Adjacent to the kitchen, there's a separate dining area, with bay windows. The living room is spacious & relaxing with a working fireplace.
The Location (Transportation & Surroundings)
Since moving here, I've always been amazed by how convenient & fun the area is. Next to where we live is the Golden Gate Park. During the weekend, I love taking a run in the park. We are within minutes walk to UCSF, and there are a lot of of great restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores close by (e.g., Arizmendi, San Tung, Ebisu). It's pretty quick to get around the City on the Muni N, 6, 43, 44, and 66 lines. We are also close to the Google & Facebook shuttle stops.
About Your Future Roommates & the Outgoing Roommate
Alex (current) In her mid-20's, graduated from Stanford and now works at a real-estate tech startup in SoMA. She is super chill, and friendly. During the weekend, she enjoys cycling up to Marin & hanging out with her friends!
Hemangi (current), in her early-20's, graduated from Cornell and now works at a healthcare startup in SoMA as well. She's super down to earth and considerate. During the weekend, she enjoys exploring around the city!

Linda ( outgoing). In my early 30's, I work as a product manager at a tech company in SoMA. Originally a Torontonian & Vancouverite, I transplanted to San Francisco 4 years ago, and have loved the City ever since. During the weekends, I spend most of my days exploring and hang out with friends.
About You
We are looking for someone considerate, thoughtful, clean and fun female roommate! We like sharing the living space together and grab dinner sometimes. We want our apartment to feel like your home, and we want you to be a part of it.
In addition, we would like to keep the apartment pet free, and smoke free.
