Spacious 4-bdm home is naturally well-lit; rent includes kitchen and laundry privileges, internet access, off-street parking, and twice-monthly professional cleaning. Lease month-to-month or annual with security deposit equal to one month's rent (refundable if room is left in move-in condition). Owner lives in home, has a large active dog. Non-smokers only, no pets, females preferred. Ready for move-in.
