Master bedroom with private deck available Jan 1

Looking for someone to fill my room in an off-campus grad+med student house at the border of Menlo Park and Palo Alto. It's on a quiet residential street and just a 15 minute bike ride to campus!

The room is a master bedroom with a private bathroom and private deck on the second (top) floor. Women preferred (the house is a mix of women and men, all Stanford grad students/med students/recent grads in our late 20s).

The house has a gorgeous kitchen, a backyard with deck, lawn, and climbing wall, and driveway parking.

Roommates are wonderful people! Quiet, clean, and more interested in skiing or mountain biking than partying.

Move-in date is flexible Jan 1 - Jan 15. No pets and no smoking.

Rent is $1030/month + utilities (usually around $50-70/person/month).
