About the home:
-Spacious 1700 Sq. ft brand new home (3 bedroom/3 bath)
- Room for rent: 2nd master suite with a walk-in closet and private bathroom
- New in-unit washer and dryer, AC + heat, covered parking on-site
- Sorry, no pets!
Location:
- Sunnyvale, next to Highway 101, Lawrence Expressway
- 5-10 minute drive to Costco, Whole Foods, Target
Rent:
- $1475, ALL INCLUSIVE (all utilities, high speed internet, parking). Deposit is 1 month of rent
Community amenities:
- Gym, heated pool, sauna, hot tubs (indoor/outdoor), basketball court, tennis court, car wash station (all temporarily closed due to the pandemic. Hopefully will open mid/late 2021). Volleyball court is open.
A bit about me:
- I’m a young attending working at Kaiser Permanente in primary care
- I’m neat, social, and like to discuss current events and business ideas
- Trying to eat a plant focused diet (but I still indulge in a hamburger every so often). I like to make and share healthy smoothies
- I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, biking, running, and visiting national parks (but really should lift more)
- I am respectful when you work nights or have early shifts because I remember what it was like!
- Looking for a young professional. No gender preference
