The house is a 2 bedroom, 2 Bathroom. It is located in Fremont St, Menlo Park, CA, which is 0.4 miles to Downtown Menlo Park, 0.7 miles to Safeway, 0.7 miles to Caltrain Menlo Park Station, 1 miles to Stanford Hospital, and 2.2 miles to Stanford Oval. It is a very nice location and also near Stanford free shuttle C line stops.

A outstanding master room with a private full bathroom, 2 big closet and separate access (You can also use the main door). The total size of the house is 1080 sqft.

A queen size bed frame with a newly bought mattress from Ikea is ready to use. There are also a desk, a shelf, a floor lamp and a desk lamp and something else for use. Unit has 1 carport parking space and available for tenant to use. Washer and dryer are located in laundry room. Kitchen are also with furniture and kitchen utensils and open to use.

RENT: $1900 per month and security deposit of one month (water and garbage fee are included)+utilities(electricity+internet+gas, divided by number of persons). It is really a good choice for a couple or two persons who study/work in Stanford, Menlo Park, palo alto or nearby.

The big master room is available from Dec.1st. We can also consider a short term rent for people who just arrive at here and want a place to stay.

We are all young and male visiting researchers at Stanford who are quiet and easy going persons. We want to share the beautiful house with a couple or two persons who are nice and respect, but no smoking.
