Master suite in 3-bedroom house

We (two general surgery residents at Stanford, one guy, one girl) are looking to rent a beautiful 3-bedroom house at 279 Santiago Ave in Redwood City. It's a great house, 10 minute drive (or 20-25 min bike ride) to Stanford Hospital. It's on a quiet street, with a big front yard full of rose bushes, a lemon tree, palm trees in the back yard. HUGE back deck.

The master bedroom (yours!) is big, with a private in-room bathroom and two closets and a nice ceiling fan. It would be a great fit for a couple too. The house also has all new appliances including a dishwasher, a big garage with a washer/dryer, and a real working fireplace in a big living room area. There's a built-in desk/bookshelf area that will make a good home office, if you work from home.

We have an adorable dog and two friendly cats so you have to be okay with some animal affection (and also not have any additional animals because we're maxxed out!).

Lease starts June 1, rent is $2000/month + utilities, security deposit is one month's rent. Email with questions!
