Masterbedroom (200sq ft) with private bath in huge 3.5Br2Ba (1966sqft)

We are looking for one or two new housemates for our shared house.
Long term rental is preferred, but a month-to month (2 months notice) is possible.

As we will sadly leave the house, the master bedroom with private bath becomes available at Feb 1st (or maybe some days prior) and is ideal for a couple who is looking for a lot of private space within a huge shared house. The other two tenants (1 male, 1 female both young professionals) each live in one of the other 3 bedrooms, sharing their own bathroom and leaving the third room as a guestroom/workspace/workout room.
Your master room would have 200sq feet + a private bath, a little nook for a small desk, a 12feet long closet and a large window to the backyard. The bath comes with a full tub with fancy lionlegs. Beside the roomy living room, dining area and a laaaarge kitchen (all with rooflights to let in lots of daylight) there is a large garage to store your toys and bike and a large backyard (close to 11k sq ft) with patios in 3 directions. So enough to catch that light or shadow, whatever you like, to study/sleep/read. Two tall redwoods serve as an ideal place for a hammock.

Your potential new roommates are very nice and tolerant, they both work a lot but when they are home they are supernice to have around. Both are open and interested in the occasional boardgame evening, some weekend hiking tour, or try out new recipes or restaurants.

The neigbourhood (Barron Park) is very quiet and safe, with mostly single-family homes, Stanford is 15 min by bike, and Google and Mountain View is also in bikeable distance (your potential roommate does that on a regular basis). Closest shopping (besides the small grocery stores in 5min-Camino) is San Antonio with Safeway, TJ, Walmart etc - 10 or 15 min by bike, 5 to 10 with a car. Parking space is easily available on the street as well.

As a cute extra, your new home comes with a dog to play with (about knee-high, a bit shy, but attached once she knows you - so it would be rather unfitting if you don't like dogs). She is trained to not go into the sleeping room and belongs to your new roommate, but you can't exhaust her with jogging, she's happy to go with however runs with her.

Rent is 2000 for the master room, utilities are shared and run between 250 and 300 for all, so /3 (single) or /2 (couple) for you.
The master room is not furnished, but the rest of the house is by large. If you have some extra stuff as a couch, grill, hot tub :) etc, there'll be space for sure.

A reasonable credit score, previous landlord's recommendation etc is helpful, as any new tenant needs approval by the owner. Also there is a deposit that you would have to cover, (1 month's rent).
Pets are allowed in the lease after approval by the owners, so it's not impossible to bring one - but keep in mind there's a dog here already (and that one needs to approve as well! Might be difficult if you bring a squirrel), and it might lead to a rise / additional deposit by the home owners.
