Masterbedroom in a 2BD/2BA apartment - Avalon Silicon Valley

Hey!

I have the master bedroom (the one on the right on the floor plan) available in a 2BD/2BA apartment at Avalon Silicon Valley starting immediately until August 2015. There is huge walk in closet in your room and the common areas are all furnished, plus the kitchen with all the pots and pans you need.

I am looking for someone to take over my lease for the master bedroom, as I am moving to a different state for work.

The apartment is on 2nd floor, comes with W/D in unit, and is a central AC apartment. I have lived here for 1 year, and am very satisfied with what the community has to offer. In fact, am quite sad to give up my place!

The place is available ASAP and you would have a wonderful roommate in her mid twenties to share the apartment with you. We both do not cook much, and I would give the cleanliness maintained a 8-9/10. She is quite easy going, fun and works at a software company.
