The book is "Differential Equations" (An Introduction to Modern Methods & Applications) by the authors Brannan and Boyce. I bought it on Amazon.com, so it is the binder version. It is complete, same as hard cover book, but cheaper.
It was used in Fall 2010, so it will probably be used Winter and Spring upcoming quarter too.
