May 1st Furnished Room in Palo Alto - quiet and clean only

Furnished large room with shared bathroom and spacious house and yard in Palo Alto. House is located in a quiet, safe and residential neighborhood. Located on a common bike path to downtown Palo Alto and Stanford University or a 10 min walk to CalTrain San Antonio station. Shopping center is around the corner with Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Target, 24 Hour Fitness, Starbucks, restaurants, etc. Housemates share living room, dining room, and kitchen w/ dishwasher. Landry is included and on site. Driveway and street parking available. Large maintained backyard with mature trees and gazebo. Room has large windows on two walls (one set looks out to backyard). Month to month. First month's rent reserves the room and last month plus $500 security deposit due by move in. Utilities are split four ways and are usually $70-100/mo/person.

Housemates are one gal (PhD at Stanford), one guy (graphic designer at StitchFix), and one is TBD since we have two open rooms as of May 1st. The vibe of the house is that we are very friendly but busy individuals with independent lives. It's a very clean, quiet, and respectful house. We are looking for someone who is very considerate of others and appreciates a calm, quiet and very clean home. We've had our share of messy loud housemates and it is just not a good fit for us.
