May Female Sublet in Gorgeous San Francisco Complex

I'm looking for a female roommate to sublet my roomate's unfurnished room in a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment for the month of May. Rent is $1,200 for the room + your own bathroom. Additional fees include $30 for water/trash, $15 for PG&E, and $23 for Internet. All-inclusive comes out to $1,268, with a refundable security deposit of $250.

The South Beach Marina apartment complex where the apartment is located is absolutely amazing: there is a pool, tennis courts, hot tub, sauna, and more! You are right on the Embarcadero, and are literally seconds from access to the N and K/T Muni lines, 101 and 280 highways, and the Caltrain station. If you have a car, you can also claim a dedicated parking space for an extra $200/month.

About me (your potential roommate): I am a 25 y/o management consultant who did both her undergrad and grad school at Stanford. I love to cook, learn new languages, and explore SF.

Move-in date is May 1st (ending May 31st) , although my roommate's timing is flexible and you could also move in sooner in April if needed with pro-rated rent.
