Mazda 3 iSport (2015) Sedan 2.0L (26k miles) - for sale

I am a postdoc and I am selling my car before moving out of the Bay area:

Mazda 3 iSport (2015) Sedan 2.0L

Color: Red
Transmission: Automatic
Mileage: less than 30k miles (currently 26k miles)

History: no accidents, Carfax is clean. The car went through a regular maintenance each 5k miles at the official Mazda dealer service. I used the car mainly to drive from home to campus. The extra tire in the trunk has never been used.

Availability: ideally, in the end of November, but I can provide it earlier if needed.

The reason I bought it: A very reliable car from Mazda. The front seats in Mazda3 feel as roomy as in a mid-size car, but its exterior size is considered a compact one (I am myself is 6'). The steering feel is very good (known for the Mazda cars). The fuel consumption is small: up to 30 MPG in a city and 41 on a highway.

Extras: the chains for snowy weather (used it a few times only); an electronic pump for the tires.
