• 5 mins drive / 10 mins bike to Downtown Palo Alto University Ave
• Utilities will be split 3 way
• You'll be sharing a bathroom with one roommate
• You'll be having your own closet
• Swimming pool and laundry room onsite
• Female, single occupancy only
