My roommate and I are both moving out of our apartment in Menlo Park and are looking for someone to take over our lease.

The apartment is close to downtown Menlo Park and within walking distance of the Caltrain stop, Trader Joe's, restaurants, etc. The unit is on the second floor of a 2x2 apartment complex and has plenty of parking space, including one covered spot. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room - ample space for two people. Rent will probably be on the order of $2,400-2,500/month. The landlord does not want any pets. It is available as early as June 1st.
