Very cute master bedroom available in Menlo Park. Off street parking included, laundry on site, large communal patio that gets great sun. We are on the second floor with patio access. Common space is fully furnished, bedroom is unfurnished.

Can be open to Mid August/September move-ins if that works best for potential new roommate!

Short walk to downtown Menlo: Peet's Coffee, Starbucks, Trader Joe's, Draegers. Near Caltrain and Stanford Shopping Center and 1.5 miles to Stanford Campus. I regularly walk or bike to campus and it is a great and safe route, no major busy streets!

Preferably looking for professional female, Stanford affiliated roommate. I work at Stanford and work during the week and weekends and if I'm not working, I am exploring, hiking, biking, working out, attending Stanford Athletic events! There is a cat but she is very low key.

I work in healthcare so I abide by all pertinent COVID related precautions and am tested weekly for my job.

Can initially set up virtual meeting and tour and then move to in person showings.
