Greetings!

We have a room opening in our Menlo Park home in mid-July, and we are looking for a new housemate. We are: 6 young silicon valley residents ages 25 to 33, comprised of a mix of grad students, engineers, and teachers; 3 women and 3 guys. We are social, but not party animals, orderly, but not draconic, and all around pretty good folk.

The house is a large 6BR 2.5B home on quiet cul-de-sac. Public areas of the house have hardwood floors, and include a kitchen, dining room, living room, study nook, stone patio, deck and well-maintained yard. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer on site. Driveway parking is available. The house is located in the Willows area of Menlo Park, very close to the 101 and a short bike ride from Stanford, and Palo Alto and Menlo Park Caltrain Stations.

The room is 14'x14', carpeted, sunny and spacious. Bookshelves are built into one wall. The closet space is rad. You won't be disappointed. It's $700 a month, plus utilities.
