Menlo Park Street Parking Pass

Hello! I currently live in East Palo Alto, right on the border of Menlo Park. There is no parking on my street but plenty of parking a block down (in Menlo Park). However, Menlo Park does not allow overnight parking without a pass. Looking for someone willing to purchase an annual street parking pass using their Menlo Park home address (see link below) and give it to me. PS I spoke with the Menlo Park police department about this and they said it is totally fine to purchase a parking pass and give it to someone else to use. Please help me out, thank you!!
