Large 14 x 11 ft bedroom available for rent in a 5/2 house steps away from Seale Park in Midtown Palo Alto. The room is available starting August 20.

The only other occupants of the house are the owners. We are a married couple in our early thirties, and we have a very mild mannered Yorkshire terrier. We both work and enjoy quiet evenings at the house, though we do host small dinner parties from time to time. We enjoy a smoke-free, fragrance-free household.

We are looking for a roommate who is also quiet and a non-smoker. You will have almost exclusive use of the guest bath, only sharing it with guests when they are over, which happens just a few times a month. This room is for one person only.
