Asking for $2000 per month. Daily rate accepted but I expect a minimum stay of three weeks. Utility usually runs about $50 per month.

Your roommate will be a recent grad from Stanford working at a FinTech company. He is pretty good at cooking and we usually share meals but you don't have to.

Kitchen access with light cooking. My roommate and I like to keep things neat and clean. We will certainly expect that from you as well.
