• Hardwood floor throughout.

• The whole apartment, including your room, is furnished. If you prefer to bring your own furniture for your room, we can coordinate.

• On-site coin-operated laundry.

• Street parking.

• Located close to El Camino and Oregon Express way. Close to San Antonio shopping center, Stanford, California Ave. Easy access to both 101 and 280.

• $1590 per month. This includes rent, utility, internet, common household supplies(e.g. toilet paper, dish soup etc...), basic kitchen stuff (pan, pots, salt, pepper, cooking oil etc) and monthly house cleaning.

• About your roommate: I am a female entrepreneur working on a fashion tech startup. I am friendly, respectful and enjoy good design and dancing. I keep things clean and uncluttered. I work hard and play hard. But home is a place to recharge and rejuvenate. I rarely bring party home. We don't have to, but it will be nice if we can be friends.
