About Us
Josh and I met in grad school and have been living together since 2022, both of us are in our 30’s.
Josh works in energy analysis (hybrid remote/office) and I work in business development at a lab in Livermore (in-office 1–2 days a week).
Josh loves running and takes full advantage of the steep hills and regional parks nearby. I am in a rowing club and also enjoy climbing, backpacking, and snowboarding. We also have pets: an 11-year-old German Shepherd upstairs, and two cats downstairs.
We keep the kitchen tidy, cook often, and respect each other's space.
Our Ideal Roommate & Boundaries
We are looking for a kind, clean, and respectful professional.
• No Additional Pets: We are maxed out on animals.
• No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside.
• Guest Policy: Occasional overnight guests are fine, but lease and shared living spaces cannot accommodate permanent co-living.
