$1550 for the master bedroom and bath (~$25 price increase may apply later based on the landlord). We will split utilities (water, electricity, and internet). Looking for a roommate who is friendly and quiet. No smoking or wild partying in the apartment.

My boyfriend and I live in the other room with a small, silent, friendly dog. We are easygoing, neat, quiet and responsible. We both work nearby. Our dog will leave you alone unless you want snuggle time. He's good with all people, other animals and children. One additional dog is okay (pending approval by our dog! he would love another doggy companion, but they need to meet first).

--The apartment is located at a quiet and safe community in Mountain View (Rainbow Dr) with easy access to El Camino Real and Route 85, 101 and 280. It is about 5 mins driving to Mountain View Downtown, 10-12 min driving to Costco, Google and Apple campus, 15-20 mins to Facebook and Stanford. You can find Safeway, Sprouts, Trader Joe's, Ranch 99 within 2 miles or less.
--The community has nice landscaping with water and fountains. Pool, Gym, Hot Tub and Sauna are included in the rental price.
--The apartment is ~1100 sq. ft. with carpet covering (bedrooms & living room) and hardwood elsewhere.
--In-unit washing and drying machine.
--Living room, dining room, kitchen are furnished. Your bedroom will not be furnished.
--Plenty of permit parking and visitor parking lots are available in the community.
--A nice park with tennis courts are just 10 min walking from the apartment.
--Complex is dog-friendly.
