Great deal in great location!
We're looking for someone to sublet for us starting in October, then potentially month-to-month after that. You would be living in a 3br house, but you would have a BIG master bedroom with your own bathroom. You would be living with two wonderful housemates who are social and fun to be around, but also appreciate quiet/alone time.

... and it's a really quiet block! Rent is $1200, and it is a great deal for the space and location! If we weren't moving closer to my job, we would definitely stay. This is a hard deal to leave behind!
