I have been subleasing a room in Highland Gardens Mountain View located on Escuela (12 minute drive to Stanford University on El-Camino and 5 minute drive to Caltrain).
I am finishing my degree and moving out December 1. I am looking someone to take over the lease from me for December, January. I would prefer someone who can stay till the end of the lease agreement ending in April.
You will have your own bedroom with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. You will be joining 2 Stanford alums.
Rent (non-negotiable) will be $812.50/month. I am only entertaining serious offers.
