Mountain View - room in 2bdr/1 bath available August 1st

I am looking for a roommate to share half of a 2 bdr/1 bath in a 4 apartment building in mountain view. I've lived here for two years and am currently using the second bedroom as an office while my girlfriend and I share the other bedroom (the bedrooms are identical). She is going to business school, so I need a roommate for the next two years. I am looking for a roommate to sign a year lease, with the option to stay for two years.

The entire apartment is furnished (including a washer/dryer), save for the empty bedroom. It also has a private patio (15 x 15) that I use to BBQ and grow herbs and vegetables, and a garage. Street parking is free and we are on a quiet and safe street. Beyond the private patio, there is also a backyard shared with 3 other apartments, which is currently being landscaped. I have two cats, so you have to be okay with pets, but no more pets are allowed.

The bedroom itself is 10 x 15 with a closet. I have a dresser and mirror in there already which you are welcome to use (see photos), though I will remove them if you'd prefer to get your own things. I've attached photos of my bedroom so you can get a sense of the space. I have a queen bed on a massive frame/box spring. With a full bed the bedroom would be roomier. The whole apartment is about 1000 square feet.

Location: Within one mile of Castro St. In case you are new to the area, Castro is Mountain View's main downtown street, with all sorts of shops, restaurants, bars, and other services. San Antonio Shopping Center (Trader Jos, Sprouts, Safeway, Whole Foods, Milk Pail Market (an awesome local market)) all within 1 mile. Stanford University is 5 miles away. I bike to Stanford each day (about 30 minutes). It's a nice and easy bike ride on (mostly) small side streets. Caltrain (Mountain View and San Antonio) are both 1.5 miles away as well.

The apartment is $2800 + electricity/internet. Given the fact that it is almost entirely furnished (save a bed), I am looking for a roommate to pay $1600 + split the electricity/internet (that'd be about an extra $75/month).
