Hi, I have recently secured a 2br/2ba apartment in Park Place apartments on Church st between Castro and Shoreline. It is literally 1 minute away from Castro, with cafes and restaurants, plus the Mountain View caltrain. Looking for a roommate to take the other room+bath, can be a guy or girl. The apartment has rooms on opposite sides so you don't have to worry about privacy. Includes gym + fitness classes, swimming pool, community bbq area, dishwasher, washer & dryer. I also have surround sound that we can share, and will have a new TV soon.

I am a 24 year old male professional, graduated from Stanford and currently working as a data scientist. Would like to be friends with my roommate but also have separate lives. I enjoy cooking and having friends over for food, biking, photography, karaoke and just watching TV/playing games with friends. I don't like to bring parties home, only drink occasionally, don't smoke, and don't have any pets. Not 420 friendly.
