Moving sale: Nissan 1999 124K miles Altima GXE Automatic Car -- $2800

I am selling my 1999 Nissan Altima because I will move out of this country soon.

This car is in good conditions, I am still driving it every weekend for shopping.

I am an visiting scholar of Stanford. I brought this car one year ago from a Japanese owner (first owner of this car).
The car is well maintained. I even have the owner' manual and the maintenance records from 1999 in hand. In the past year, the car works well with no problem. What I did for this car is the regular maintenance and the replacement of the 4 tires. The nearest check of this car said the rear/front breaks and battery are all OK.

The KBB price is $3452 for excellent, $3102 for good and $2527 for fair conditions. I ask $2800 for cash price.
