Multihead floor lamp

I'm selling this lamp. See photos. The lamp is probably this one, although I'm not 100% sure as I didn't originally buy it myself: https://www.walmart.com/product/54514791

Although the lamp works perfectly, it does have two "defects", both included in the photos:

1. There is a combination lock attached to it. I don't know the code so can't take it off.
2. One of the little lampshades is missing.

Hence why it's only $5!
