Munger Sublet - 6/16-9/1 - Private Bath/Shower - $1,250/m

Hi,

Munger is widely understood to be the best campus housing Stanford has to offer. I'm offering to sublet my room at below the usual cost. The apartment is a quad (4 bedroom + 4.5 bathroom). Your roommates are likely to be other Stanford affiliates or law students working in Palo Alto or San Francisco for the summer.

The room:

• Comes with a very nice full-size bed, desk, chair, lots of lamps, etc.
• It has a private bath/shower
• Central A/C - a must in the hot summer months, and not available in any other on-campus housing.

Apartment amenities:

• The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, and two enormous fridges and freezers.
• Munger has its own grocery store and café.
• Free laundry!

The building is centrally-located, providing easy access to all parts of campus.

The room goes for $1,429/m but I offer it at $1,250/m. This price is all inclusive, so no bills for water, electricity, etc. I would like to sublet for as much of the stated period as possible. That said, I strongly encourage you to contact me even if you would only want to rent for a subset of the given dates.
