Munger sublet - *June 20-Sep 18* - ensuite, A/C, printer - $1,348/m

I'm looking to sublet my room in Munger over the summer. It's a quad (4 bedroom + 4.5 bathroom). My roommates will also be gone over the summer so you'll likely be sharing with other Stanford affiliates.

The room:

• Comes with a very nice full-size bed, desk, chair, lots of lamps, etc.
• The bed comes with various sleep-aiding delights including a very comfy mattress topper and a Tempurpedic pillow.
• It has an ensuite with bath/shower.
• Comes with use of my super-fast printer!
• Central A/C - a must in the hot summer months, and not available in any other on-campus housing.

Apartment amenities:

• The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hobs, two enormous fridges and freezers, and most cutlery you'd ever need.
• Munger has its own grocery store and café.
• Free laundry!

The building is super-central. It's by far the most centrally-located housing on campus. Very near everything.

I pay $1368/month for this room (all inclusive - no water/elec bills!), and am looking to cover as much of this as possible. I need to rent it to someone, so strongly encourage you to contact me even if the full price is on the high side for you - we should be able to come to an agreement!
