We are two female, recent Stanford graduates looking for a 3rd and potentially a 4th housemate to complete a house we are hoping to lease on College Avenue for the next year. It is a nice house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room, and it is very close to campus. The monthly rent for the house is $3,300.
