We are a co-ed group of girls and guys whose ages range from mid-20's to mid-30's looking for like-minded individuals to move into our shared 5 BD/ 2 BA home.

Beautiful Eichler design with a spacious common area, and large enclosed patio for BBQ and enjoying nice CA weather. Wall to ceiling open windows and plenty of sunlight. 5 bed and 2 baths shared equally among roommates. Note that the current furnishing may vary from furnishing in the picture.

The room is $1,350 per month in addition to the cost of utilities which are split among the roommates. The room is available for move in starting May 1st.
