The condo is in a secure building requiring a building fob at the lobby entrance and has a keyless entry lock on the loft front door with a code that is changed after each guest.
Lost or unreturned Fob will incur a $100.00 replacement fee.

To meet the strict requirements imposed by the building Home Owners Association, we have added a video doorbell for compliance of noise and potential mis-use of the building and condo.
