Newly built (only one year old) EV studio with very easy access to Cal Ave! Comes fully furnished, including the new EV furniture and our TV (cardinal cable optional) and Apple TV. Large kitchen and bathroom, with an incredible amount of storage. This apartment is easily spacious enough for two. Kennedy front desk, including free washing/drying, is steps away. Plenty of parking with EV or C parking permit, and there are several guest spots. Sublet is for June 1-July 31, with possibility to extend for whole month of August.
