I am moving into an apartment in the Midtown west/ Hell's Kitchen neighborhood located at 439 West 50 Street NYC 10019 after finishing my Master's program at Stanford. I will be moving in January 1 and would like to sublease the place for the entire month of December for $1,500 + redeemable damage deposit of $1,000. I would be willing to consider a shorter term sublease for at least 2 weeks. The place is ideal if you are briefly staying in New York as a visitor or in between lease agreements.
