I have a nice sunny room available August 1 st in my 2br/1ba apartment in San Francisco near

Clement St (Inner Richmond neighborhood).

The apartment is located around the corner from Clement Street restaurants and shops,

conveniently located between the Geary & California street bus lines. (Apartment was chosen for

easy access to public transportation because my old roommate didn’t drive.) It’s within walking

distance of the Presidio and Golden Gate Park. Centrally located in the city, easy access to all

neighborhoods in SF. 40 minute drive to Stanford. (I usually take 280, although the apartment is

roughly equidistant from 101 & 280.)

The apartment is nice. It has clean hardwood floors, high ceilings, fresh interior paint, and a new

kitchen.

Monthly rent: $1,500 + 1/2 (PG&E + internet)

Security and cleaning deposit: $2,250

Available room: 17x13, big window, closet, available June 1st.

I’m taking Math courses at Berkeley to prepare for graduate school in Economics and working on

a research project. My old roommate is a law student and is planning to get a master’s in library

sciences after law school to become a legal librarian. We’re researchers.
