Apartment is located at 20 th St. and Arkansas St. Laundry is located on premises (coin operated) A nice, quiet, safe, sunny neighborhood, close to freeway (280 & 101) for easy commuting. Plenty of street parking is available.

Room available can be furnished or unfurnished and is able to fit a full/queen size bed, dresser, and it has a large closet.

Apartment is fully furnished besides available bedroom, the bedroom can also be furnished with trundle bed and nightstand and lamp. Room accommodates a queen or full bed.

Rent is $1,500/month plus utilities (cable/internet + electric).

About you:
Professional female or male that is responsible, reliable, clean, good credit, non-smoker, no drugs and no drama. Likes to have fun but doesn't bring the party home. No live in boyfriends/girlfriends or pets please.
